Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product quality issue (valid reason)

Return Process

  • You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the product as proof
  • Our team will verify the issue before approving the return/refund

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Change of mind or taste preferences

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer after verification
